While Tonegawa was busy in the other room, it left Randa (Panda) and April to await for more people to join. There were a set of 5 cards on the table in the center of the room, with a chair on either side.
April: "Can we start now?" She asked one of the guards, or butlers, or whatever the suited men in this room were. But the one who spoke was a strange old man sitting off in the corner, snickering to himself.
"Bahaha...of course, of course. Let's dine on dessert while riffraff play to their heart's content. The game you'll be playing is...E Card!"
E Card Rules:
1. One player is the "Emperor" and the other player is the "Slave"
2. Each player has 5 cards, 4 Citizens and either a Slave or Emperor card.
3. The Citizen card represents the common man, and cannot defeat the Emperor who sits at the top. It can, however, defeat the Slave, who resides at the very bottom of the system. Two citizen against each other results in a tie.
4. The Emperor represents the one at the top of society. This card can defeat the citizen, but will lose to the Slave.
5. The Slave is presented as the one at the very bottom of society. Seeing as how it has nothing to lose, it can overthrow the Emperor in one last attempt at revenge.
6. Winning as the Emperor grants you one point, while winning as the slave grants you three.
7. There are 4 rounds, with each round lasting 1 turn. This means each player will play 2 rounds, or 2 turns as both Slave and Emperor.

For example. If Panda is the "Emperor" then it could go like this--
(P) Citizen = (A) Citizen (Tie)
(P) Citizen = (A) Citizen (Tie)
(P) Citizen = (A) Citizen (Tie)
(P) Citizen > (A) Slave (April Loses)
Game is over and fifth card does not need to be played.
Then it swaps sides. And then a third time. And then one final fourth time.
8. The player with the most points after 2 rounds of being the Emperor and Slave win.
9. Tie-breaker will be decided if needed.
"Now then, who wants to be Emperor first?"
