So I had this idea for a game variant the other day. Thought it might be interesting, even if we've had too many special games.
Please, tell me what you think.
Player Types:
Rabbit, Infected, Virus-Wolf, Wolf
Rabbit: Players that must try to catch the Wolf. Everyone that isn't another type.
Infected: Rabbits who will eventually turn into a Virus-Wolf. About 1/3 to 1/2 of the Rabbits.
Virus-Wolf: Wolves that started as Rabbits. They die after two turns. They do not know the Wolves. Only one exists at a time.
Wolf: Standard Wolves. They must kill Rabbits. They may kill the Virus-Wolf. Only two.
Win Conditions:
Rabbits, Virus-Wolf, Wolf
Rabbit: If both Wolves are killed. The Virus-Wolf does not have to die. All Infected who have not turned are included in this victory.
Virus-Wolf: If Virus-Wolf successfully kills both Wolves. Hanging does not count. MUST kill BOTH Wolves. It does not have to be the same Virus-Wolf.
Wolf: If Wolf # (Living Virus-Wolf included) matches or outnumbers Rabbit #. Virus-Wolf can claim victory in this case as well, even if a Virus-Wolf has killed a Wolf.
Rules:
Rabbit, Infected, Virus-Wolf, Wolf
Rabbit: Standard Rules Apply.
Infected: Rabbit Rules Apply. When Virus-Wolf dies, the next Infected in line takes over. The order of the infected is determined from the beginning of the game.
Virus-Wolf: May kill both Rabbits and Wolves. At the time of death, they may guess a number between 1 and 10 (Actual # range is up to the GM). If they match the Randomizer, they may kill any "type" of player they wish. They may only do this action once. A player is randomly killed from the type selected. It will save them from death once. To learn types, refer to the top. Virus-Wolf MUST kill at least once in its lifetime, but does not have to kill at both opportunities.
Wolf: Standard Rules Apply. They may kill both Rabbits or Virus-Wolf.
Hopefully I made everything clear, but if there are any questions, please feel free to ask. Criticisms are fine too.
Please, tell me what you think.
