SPECIAL GAME RULES:

Covenants (Roles):
Win Conditions
Team Rabbit: Hang all wolves
Team Wolf: Kill all Rabbits

Team Rabbit

Warrior of Sunlight: Rabbits
Blue Sentinels: Defender
    *Choose one player per hanging, if they are attacked, they will not die

Team Wolf

DarkWraith: Wolves
    -Do not know the identity of Rosaria's Fingers
Rosaria's Fingers: Anti-defender
    *Pick a player, if player is a Blue Sentinel, they die
    -Do not know the identity of the DarkWraiths





Starting Gifts:
All players get to choose one starting gift.
You will be able to tell me the gift you want in the PM I will send you telling you what covenant you belong to.

Young White Branch (Manual/One-time Use)
    50% chance to NULL actions of any covenant member or item to self
    Only prevents one action, if multiple actions are taken against you, they are prioritized as follows:
        1. Wolf attacked
        2. Seed of a Tree of Giants
        3. Binocular


Pendant (Permanent)
    A simple pendant with no effect.

Life Ring (Automatic/Permanent)
    10% chance to NULL actions of any covenant member or item to self

Seed of a Tree of Giants (Manual/One-time Use)
    Chance of killing a selected player
    3% chance per dead player

Binoculars (Manual/One-time Use)
Watch one players during the hanging
    Will be told if the player stayed put, went to visit someone, or was visited by someone
    Will not be given specifics
Success rate of the binoculars will be based on the number of people that choose it:
    1 player: 100%
    2 players: 85%
    3 players: 70%
    4 players: 55%
    5 Players: 40%
    6 players: 35%
    7+ players:20%

It'll depend on the number of wolves,2 wolves would mean one of each.
But in the unlikely scenario that we need 3 wolves, there'll be 2 blue sentinels and 2 rosaria's fingers.

Also, I am sorry Giant Dad. I didn't mean to level up Dex...it was an accident... I'm not a casual I promise!

Because the item is likely hacked and will permanently ban you from online play.

Serious answer: mostly for balance and to make the choice made at the start actually mean something.
Also because it would become a race to see who could get it first, and that'd be unfair for people who do not align with my time zone.

As it keeps getting brought up, I want to clear something up. Betrayal of one's covenant is not against the rules of this game. That said, I will clarify a few things about this:

You are welcome to accuse/defend someone of being a traitor, but please keep talks of what is and isn't against the rules out of the rounds.

Now, while I will not considered betraying your covenant, (even if it ruins the game for everyone else) a violation of the rules, depending on how it is done, the GMs might consider it a bannable offense. So if you are going to do something risky that would normally get the GMs mad at you, be warned, I will not defend you.

Another reason I will not consider it against the rules is that obvious acts of betrayal come with their own punishment dueled out by you, the players in form of hanging and future distrust.(but remember to keep that civil, you can make an Kanye West feel bad without also being an Kanye West)

In summary, betraying your covenant is not against the rules but may be frowned upon. If you believe that someone is breaking a rule of the game or the site, please do not post about it in the round and instead contact me or a GM.
