So wait, there are still 7 unsolved games? Dang, I thought I'd be picking up scraps.
Sorry if I'm retreading water. Don't really feel like hunting for the red for each individual case (although if someone wants to compile a list like that for me that'd be appreciated).
Alright, let's get started.

This one looks tricky, but I'm willing to bet its simpler than it appears.
Alucard's body was ignited by some sort of chemical solution. This solution created a weak, but loud explosion. Therefore, it attracted attention without blowing the corpse into pieces. The body burned quickly and the flames died down without spreading to the rest of the room. Student 2, when investigating, either accidentally or purposefully ignited this chemical solution again, causing it to set fire to the rest of the room.

This one, on the other hand, looks simple but may be trickier than it appears.
The building was rigged with explosives in various places. When these were triggered, it gave the illusion of the building experiencing an earthquake. Naturally, the balcony was also affected by these explosions, and crumbled, causing Uni to fall to her death.

The Killer or Accomplice left the "murder weapon" outside Student X's door.
Student X applied the "murder weapon" him/herself, not knowing that it would kill him/her.
Student X died from allergies. (I think this would come up in an autopsy, but it's worth a shot.)
Student X farted. It was awful, and Student X died from holding his/her breath. Hence the case title "Silent Death" actually referring to "Silent But Deadly"

I like these types of logic puzzles. Used to simpler ones though.
One thing I'd like to clarify: The walls for the inner room are not see-through at all, correct? I don't think they are, given the statements, but I wanna be sure.
Actually, hang on...
Student 1 was murdered, right? How does he give a statement? For that matter, if he died and can still give statements, can't he tell us who killed him?
Anyway, assuming #1 died:
#1 was either made to look like a science prop or was hidden behind a science prop after he was murdered.
15
A flashy murder, to be sure, but I won't be blinded by the theatrics too easily!
The murderer obviously was never trapped, but certainly acted as if he was. #9 was killed beforehand, obviously, and left on the stage for the murderer to show off his crime. When the group was on the move from the balconies to the stage, #9's body was sent down a trapdoor, hiding it from view. The door handle was electrified. From here there are two possibilities: Either the mechanism that was used to electrify the door was set to short out the lights when it was activated, or the killer used some sort of remote to switch off the lights. With the lights out, the killer had little issue knocking out the innocents with a drug. While they innocents were knocked out, the killer moved #9's body outside the theater and prepared anything else that still needed to be prepped. After that, he took his position in his seat and pretended to be tied up, although none of the other witnesses could confirm if he was truly tied up. During the performance, which may have included prerecorded audio, a dressed up dummy/doll, and some pyrotechnics, a mechanism caused #2's seat to knock backwards. Then the spear was dropped from the ceiling. While the fire was keeping the others from seeing what was going on, the killer also pretended to struggle. After waiting a sufficient amount of time, he acted as if he managed to free himself and went to rescue the others.
With all this in mind, I believe the answer is obvious.
Student #13, the killer is you!

While Moonlightleaf was probably correct about the tea party playing into the killer's hands, she failed to follow the most important rule: Don't split the party.
Wait, shoot, does this make Moon student 13? Guess I messed up that last one.
The killer was either let into the room or forced his way inside when Moon opened the door to see who was there. The killer then murdered Moon and then put the penguin in the room to take the fall.
17
Kurt maybe should've sent the students home after the first actual murders and left the crime solving to the police instead of letting the students try to work this out themselves. Oh well, hindsight's 20/20.
The killer used explosives to blow up the school, obviously. With the faces of the students unrecognizable, Kurt was unable to see that one of the bodies belonged to someone else, and not to the student he thought it belonged to. Therefore, using a different body, the killer staged his death.
Case 17 is solved.

Ohoho, I see you're a little behind on this one so I'll go ahead and get you up to speed:
Alucard's body was not doused in any liquid.
Alucard or his body didn't get wet during or after his death.
Alucard drowned.
Also, Student 2 did not set the fire.
11
There were no explosives.
There were no structural damages to the building (including the balcony).
Just so we're clear, Uni felt an earthquake. The other students did not feel an earthquake.
13
Lol
X did not apply the murder weapon on themselves.
X was not poisoned.
The killers did not leave the murder weapon on X's door.
X did not die of a fart.
The killers never entered X's room.
14
First can give a statement due to magic!
The body was not disguised or hidden behind a prop. But yes, First student died. Also,
walls are not see-through.
15
Nice try, but...
The tape on the door was never ripped until all the students left the theatre at the end. The door to the outside had tape on it when the students first approached it, right before they were put to sleep.
There is no trapdoor on the stage.
Sorry.
The students saw Kuro and were convinced it was a person / warlock.
I like your solution about the electrified door handle though.
And since you already figured it out, yes student 13 is innocent.
16
Moon did not let the killer in and the killer did not force his way in.
The killer did not kill Moon through the open door.
